We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer, your community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate ID cards for all patrons. Each resident will receive an e-pass of the pool access ID card.
Summer is approaching and once again it is time to prepare for the opening of the pool. We look forward to a fun and safe summer!
NOTE: Pool pass applications will be processed online only to reduce costs and increase turnaround times. ALL members and residents who wish to obtain pool passes must register online.
NOTE: POOL PASSES WILL ONLY BE ISSUED TO UNIT OWNERS OR TENANTS WHOSE ACCOUNTS ARE IN GOOD STANDING, HAVE ALL LEASES AND LEASE ADDENDUMS ON FILE, AND HAVE HVAC INSPECTIONS CURRENT AND ON FILE.
How do I request my pool passes?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.
You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.
When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?
You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the pass policy?
All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.
What is the guest policy?
All guests must be accompanied by a member with a valid membership pass. Guest passes are linked to your household. No physical guest pass is needed.
Limit two (2) guests per household per week.
What are the pool hours?
The pool will open on Saturday, May 25, 2024, and will close on Monday, September 2, 2024. The hours for the 2024 season are:
CRESCENT
Regular Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
BRIGHTON
Regular Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
