How do I request my pool passes?

For quicker processing, apply online.

If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application.  Follow all instructions printed on the application.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.  You will also receive a confirmation email.

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

Can I access the pool while I wait for my season pass?

Yes, the confirmation email you receive after submitting your application will act as a temporary pass for 10 days or until you receive your season pass.

How long will it take for my pool pass to arrive?

If you purchased a physical pass, it should arrive to your mailbox within 10 business days. Delays through the United States Postal Service could extend the wait time. Please continue to use your temporary pass until your season pass arrives.

What is the pass policy?

Each resident will receive their own pool pass, which will be one of the following:

Adult Pass – Residents 18 and older will receive an Adult Pass. Only residents with an Adult Pass can accompany a resident under the age of 12 with a Child Pass.

Teen Pass – Residents between the ages of 12 and 17 will receive a Teen Pass. A resident with a Teen Pass can enter the pool by themselves. However, a resident with a Teen Pass cannot accompany a resident under the age of 12 with a Child Pass.

Child Pass – Residents under the age of 12 will receive a Child Pass. A resident with a Child Pass must be accompanied by a resident 18 or older with an Adult Pass.

Upon entry into the pool, residents must present their pass to a lifeguard on duty, who will confirm the individual presenting the pass matches the ID’s credentials.

What is the guest policy?

Guest Policy:

  • A one-time guest pass is $10 per pass.
  • The household may not have more than 3 guest passes per day.
  • Guest passes must be purchased online 2 business days in advance. They cannot be purchased from the pool / lifeguard vendor that day.
  • Guests must be with residents at all times including when inside the Refuge clubhouse.
  • Guests will not be provided with Brivo passes or fobs.
  • Residents are responsible for guests at all times, and a waiver of liability will be added during the online guest pass checkout process.

How do I print and use my guest passes (tickets)?

  • After check-out, you are presented a ticket (guest pass) to print.
  • The ticket is also emailed to you.  If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

How to request another copy of the ticket (if you deleted the original email)

Go to your pool’s marketplace.

  1. Click: Click here to receive your Tickets by email.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.
  3. Click Submit.

A copy of the ticket will be emailed to you.

What are the pool hours?

Opening Day: Saturday of Memorial Day weekend
Closing Day: Monday of Labor Day weekend

Pool Operating Schedule: Monday: Pool Closed (except Holidays)
Tuesday – Sunday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
