Application Preparation Checklist
👤 Owner Occupying Property:
- – Ensure all household members aged 16+ are listed.
– Prepare to upload a photo ID for each member.
🏠 Owner Renting Property:
- – Provide tenant details and ensure they are listed on the lease.
– Prepare to upload the current lease agreement.
🔑 Tenant:
- – Complete the application and forward it to your property owner for submission.
– Ensure all tenants are listed on the lease; if not, include a lease addendum.
– Prepare to upload photo IDs for all tenants aged 16+.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submission, you’ll see a “Success Page”
and receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.
