A completed Pool Pass E-Pass Application must be completed to receive virtual pool passes.
Pool Passes are only issued to owners in good standing in their assessments. ALL Pool Passes are only valid for the 2023 season.
If you are not interested in obtaining E-Passes, Paper Applications for physical pool passes can be processed at the pool, during pool hours, beginning on Saturday, May 27th, 2023. Owners and/or their tenants must bring the following information:
- a completed application
- identification showing your address within one of the following communities: Cherrywood Square, Evergreen Square, Flint Hill, Mayfair Manor, TreeBrooke Condominiums, The Vistas, Vistas of Vienna, and Vistas of Vienna East

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.
You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.
When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?
You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the pass policy?
All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.
What is the guest policy?
- Guest passes are linked to your household. No physical guest pass is needed.
- All non-resident guests must be registered by a pass-holding adult 18 and older.
- Each household is allowed to bring up to four guests at one time. The pass holder must remain in the pool area with the guests at all times.
- There is no charge for guests.
