How do I request my pool passes?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the guest policy?

Each permanent occupant is entitled to a pass, and each household will receive one permanent (1) guest pass. Pass holders must sign in and present their pool pass cards whenever they enter the pool area. On weekdays a resident may bring two guests at no charge. After two guests there will be a $3.00 charge per guest. On Weekends and Holidays, children under the age of 12 who are guests of a resident will be charged $3.00 per child. If a person is 12 years or older, the charge is $5.00 per guest. Residents may bring up to four guests per household without prior notification and approval from Management. Residents must accompany their guests to the pool and sign in.
