If you applied in 2023 and are a current owner with no changes to your applications, you do not have to reapply.

If you are a new owner who purchased a home after Labor Day in 2023, please click Apply Online.

All tenants must reapply each year and have to supply a current copy of their lease with their application. All tenants applying for a pool pass applicant must be listed on the lease.

All applicants must include a photo of their face (no group photos, please) of the applicant. Failure to include a photo will require all applicants seeking entry to show a photo ID.

How do I request my pool passes?

Please click the apply online blue button.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

What is the guest policy?

All guests must have a pool pass and be accompanied by a member with a valid membership pass.

Please note that Tanyard Cove limits pool access to three guests per household per day.

How do I purchase or request guest passes?

Please purchase a guest pass by clicking the green button above.

Daily Guest Passes are added to your household.  No physical pass is needed.  They are available to use directly after you purchase them.

Nanny Passes are not instantly available they are added to your household after management approves the pass.
