How do I request my pool passes?

What is the pass policy?

Residents over the age of 2 must have a valid pass to access the pool. Passes are $5 per person; with a total maximum of 6 people per household ($30) per family. NO additional passes will be allowed for purchase if you have maxed out on the amount allowed per family.

Homeowner accounts must be in good standing with a zero balance. If you are on a payment plan, you are NOT eligible to receive pool tags.

In the event that an individual(s) has caused a significant disturbance within the neighborhood, and a letter has been sent to the property owner, their pass approval for the following year will be subject to denial. This policy applies to both property owners and renters.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the guest policy?

Each household is permitted 2 guests per household per day for free.  All guests must be accompanied by a member with a valid membership pass.  Guest passes are linked to your household.  No physical guest pass is needed.
