How do I request my pool passes?

Please click the apply online blue button.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

What is the guest policy?

Ten (10) Guest Passes will be issued to each unit at the beginning of the season. Each additional 10 Guest Passes must be purchased from Management at a cost of $5.00 each (check or money order only, payable to Southampton Condominium). Lifeguards are not permitted to accept payments at the pool. All individuals admitted with a Guest Pass must be accompanied by a unit owner or tenant.

Guest passes are virtual.  No physical guest pass is issued.   

When will I receive my 10 complimentary guest passes?

Each household is allowed 10 free guests per season.  There is no guest pass for your complimentary guest.  Your complimentary guest entires will be debited from your household at the pool.

How do I purchase additional guest passes?

Each additional 10-punch Guest Pass must be purchased from Management at a cost of $5.00 each (check or money order only, payable to Southampton Condominium). Lifeguards are not permitted to accept payments at the pool.
