
We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer your community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate pool passes for all patrons. All patrons must present their pool pass to gain entrance to the pool area.
Registrations will be processed only from residents who are current with both their Homeowners Association and Recreation Committee dues.
How do I request my pool passes?
For quicker processing, apply online.
If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application. Follow all instructions printed on the application.
How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“. You will also receive a confirmation email.
What is the pass policy?
All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.
1.Access to the pool is contingent upon members’ assessments being “PAID UP TO DATE”: Only members whose recreation assessments are current can register and use the pool facility.
2.Owners who are renting or leasing their property may transfer the right of swimming pool use if they have delegated the right to a renter by a written rental or lease agreement, have paid the owner’s assessments up to date, and clearly understand that the swimming pool use and access are limited only to residents of an eligible, applicable Reflection Homes or Lake Homes lot (town house or single family home). The owner is responsible for notifying the tenant of the pool procedures and rules.
3.No one may enter the pool facility unless the facility is open and the lifeguards are present.
4.No one may enter the pool office except authorized personnel.
5.A pool pass will be issued to each person listed on the request form for the pool season. Please note passes will only have the address only. Every resident and guest must present a valid pool pass to obtain access to the swimming pool.
6.There will be a $10.00 replacement cost for lost or missing pool passes.
7.Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person 18 years of age or older to be admitted into the swimming area
8.Admission shall be refused to persons showing symptoms of infectious, communicable diseases, inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharges, excessive sunburn or open sores of any kind.
9.No pets except certified, documented service dogs are allowed in swimming pool area.
10.No wheeled vehicles except wheelchairs or baby strollers are allowed in the pool area.
11.Bicycles must be parked in the provided bike racks, out of the walkways and pavement.
What is the guest policy?
- Members must be present with their guests at the swimming pool facility.
- Members are responsible for the actions of their guests and for any and all property damage caused by their guests.
- All guests require a pass. A Seasonal guest pass allows five (5) guests at one time to the pool. The one-day pass allows one (1) guest, one (1) day’s access to the pool. No more than five (5) guests are allowed per household at one time. Guest passes are non-refundable.

How do I print my ticket or guest passes?
- After check out, your are presented a ticket (guest pass) to print. Your facility’s attendant can also scan your ticket directly from your phone.
- The ticket is also emailed to you. If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.
How to request another copy of the ticket (if you deleted the original email)
Go to your pool’s marketplace.
- Click Returning Patron.
- Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.
A copy of the ticket will be emailed to you.
