We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer your community is using Access Granted Systems to process pool applications.

CSA Property Owners:

CSA provides access to the South Beach Pool for Participating Sea Pines Property Owners.
Owners must be current in their assessments payable to the CSA.
These owners must pre-register with South Beach Pool prior to entry, and possess a valid CSA Property Owner Photo ID Card.
If guests are using the pool without the homeowner present, they will need to purchase a pass using the renter/visitor option below.

Rental Property Managers & Owner/Operators (VRBO, Airbnb, etc):

Daily and weekly passes are available for your rental guests.
All Villas must be registered with South Beach Pool, Inc before guests can purchase passes.
To Register your rental property, please click “Apply Online” button
Registration Fee: $100 per villa
Once your rental property is registered, your guest may apply for passes.

2025 Pool Pass Pricing:

Daily Pass:
- $50 for up to 5 people
- Additional guests: $15 each
- Individual daily pass: $20 per person
Weekly Pass (up to 6 days):
- $125 for up to 5 people
- Additional guests: $25 each
- Individual weekly pass: $50 per person

All passes are digital and check-in is required upon entry.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.
