Frequently Asked Questions

When does the pool open?

The pool will open on the Saturday before Memorial Day. The pool is open daily from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

How do I request my pool passes?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

What is the pass policy?

All Patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard to enter the pool area.

What is a classic pass?

Classic passes are physical passes you can present to check in.  If you would like a classic pass mailed to your home, you must select Classic Pass. Classic Pass fees are $9 for the first pass, $6 for each additional pass, and a processing fee.

What is the age requirement for pool access?

Children under the age of thirteen (13) must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult of twenty-one (21) years or older at all times when on or using the ASTF. The maximum number of children under thirteen (13) that can be admitted may not exceed six (6) per adult of twenty-one (21) years or older.

What is the guest policy?

Each household will also be issued three reusable seasonal guest passes. Guest may use the pools only when accompanied at all times by the member who invited him or her.

How do I get more guest passes?

A limited number of daily guest passes are available for purchase. Please contact the ACA office for more details.

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.
