How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.
You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.
When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?
You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the pass policy?
ACCESS – All Members, members of their families residing in the property, or designated tenants of Members, age five and over, wishing to use the pool must register with the Association in order to obtain pool passes or be on the registered and authorized user roster of the Association. Thereafter, all members, household residents or designated tenants of Members must have their photo taken at the Clubhouse. Once the registration process is complete, registered pool users will only need to provide the lifeguard/pool manager with their name in order to check in at the pool.
CHILDREN – Members twelve (12) years of age and younger must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible person sixteen (16) years of age or older while in the pool area.
WADING POOL – Only children under the age of five (5) are permitted in the wading pool. Lifeguards do NOT supervise the wading pool. Children in the wading pools must be supervised by a responsible person aged 16 years or older, at all times.
What is the guest policy?
GUESTS – An eligible pool user may bring a maximum of two guests at any one time, with a maximum of four guests at any one time per eligible user household. Guests must be escorted by an eligible/registered pool user. Guests will not be admitted to the pool without such escort. All guests must register with the lifeguard/pool manager prior to entering the pool. The conduct of guests is the responsibility of the escort.
