Thank you for requesting your pool passes online.  This year PHCA is partnering with Access Granted Systems, LLC to create individual photo IDs for our members in order to better control access to our pool.  This website will guide you through the process of submitting a photo and application for each member of your household.  Once your application has been approved, we will mail you the passes for each member of your household along with one guest pass per household.  All patrons will be required to present their pool pass each time they come to the pool.

How do I request my pool passes?

For quicker processing, apply online.

If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application.  Follow all instructions printed on the application.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.  You will also receive a confirmation email.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

What is the guest policy?

We allow a maximum of four guests per household to use the pool at any one time. Guests must be accompanied by a member with a valid Pool Pass at all times.
