Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I submit this application? When will I get my passes?

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Staff will then review your application, which may take up to 3 business days.  You will need to wait until your application is approved before you can go to the pool.

During the review process, staff will:

  • Verify that your second quarter assessments have been paid. If there is a balance due, your application will be denied, and you will need to resubmit after resolving the balance.
  • Confirm residency status and membership type.
  • Review any uploaded proof of residency for household members not previously listed in our system.  MVF reserves the right to validate residency for any listed household member.

Failure to submit valid proof of residency will delay the approval process.

Once your application is approved by staff, you will receive another email containing digital pool passes for your entire household. These passes can be added to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

For a complete list of rules and pass options, please refer to the Pool Pass Distribution Policy.
