We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer your community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to process pool applications for all patrons. All patrons must present their pool pass to gain entrance to the pool area.

What is the pass policy?
All patrons must submit a pool application to gain access to the swimming pool.
Pool passes will not be issued, simply state your name and address to the gate attendant.
How do I become a member or renew my membership?
For quicker processing, apply online.
If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application. Follow all instructions printed on the application.
How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“. You will also receive a confirmation email.
Will I immediately be allowed to use the pool after my application is submitted?
No.
All applications are reviewed and must first be approved.
What is the guest policy?
- All residents and their guests are required to check in with the attendant(s).
- Each household is allowed up to three guests per visit. (no guest pass needed)
- Guests are not permitted in the pool area without being accompanied by a resident pass holder.
- Guests may be turned away due to pool occupancy limits.
- All residents aged 14 and older are permitted in the pool without supervision.
- 14-to-17-year-olds may supervise no more than two residents or guests 13 years of age or younger.
- 14-to-17-year-olds may bring no more than 2 guests who are also 14 to 17 years of age.
