We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer your community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate pool passes for all patrons. All patrons must present their pool pass to gain entrance to the pool area.
The Meadowlake Farms pool is available to all members of the Meadowlake Farms Homes Association (MFHA). A limited number of memberships are also available to non-residents.
All patrons must obtain new pool passes for each season.
Do I have to submit a pool application?
Yes, all members must submit a pool application each year.
How do I request my pool passes?
For quicker processing, apply online.
If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application. Follow all instructions printed on the application.
How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.
You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.
What is the pass policy?
Pool Admittance/Identification
A) All MFHA members in good standing and subscribing non-resident members with a signed
rule acknowledgement form and release of liability form on file will be issued pool passes.
B) Pool pass ID cards must be used to gain entrance to the pool area. All members five and
older will be issued a pool pass. Each member/guest entering the pool must submit their
pass to the lifeguard and sign the attendance log. Their pass will be returned daily when the
member leaves the pool and signs out. Lost pool passes will be replaced for a fee of $5 per
pass.
C) Requirements for unattended children are a minimum age of 12 years old and successful
completion of a swim test (1 length of the pool, continuous swim followed by one-minute
treading water) given by a MFHA lifeguard. The member’s pool pass will be marked upon
successful completion of testing. A new swim test is required for each pool season.
D) Patrons younger than 12 years old must be accompanied by a member who is at least 16
years old.
What is the guest policy?

A) Members are welcome to invite guests.
B) Guest passes are available for purchase at the gate for a cost of $5 each. A book of five passes for $20 may also be purchased.
*New for 2024: All payments for guest passes must be made electronically at the gate with a
smart phone through Square. There will be a QR code available to scan which will take you
to the payment site. If you do not have a smart phone with payment capabilities or a credit
card, you may pay with cash but you will need to bring exact change.
C) Members must accompany their guests and register them upon entering the pool gate.
D) Members are responsible for their guests and will inform them of the pool rules.

How do I purchase or request guest passes?
