We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer your community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate pool passes for all patrons. All patrons must present their pool pass to gain entrance to the pool area.

Pool privileges are granted to homeowners in good standing with the association, therefore residents are prohibited from requesting or sharing pool passes with residents whom the association has not granted pool privileges. Violations of this rule are an insurance liability and will result in fines and/or legal action by the association.

Does everybody need a pool pass?

No.  Children under 5 do not need passes.

How do I request my pool passes?

Option #1:  Apply online by clicking the blue button above for  FREE


Option #2: Mail this pool Application.  There is a $10.00 application fee to mail a paper application.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.  You will also receive a confirmation email.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

What is the guest policy?

Click the green button above to purchase guest passes.

Important:  Some guest passes you may print from home and use immediately.  Some guest passes are mailed to your home to be used at a future date.

How do I purchase or request guest passes?

How do I print my ticket or guest passes?

  • After check out, your are presented a ticket (guest pass) to print.  Your facility’s attendant can also scan your ticket directly from your phone.
  • The ticket is also emailed to you.  If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

How to request another copy of the ticket (if you deleted the original email)

Go to your pool’s marketplace.

  1. Click Returning Patron.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.

A copy of the ticket will be emailed to you.

How do I issue passes to my tenants?

If you are renting your property, your tenants may apply for a pool pass.  Direct them to this website to apply online or they may submit a paper application.

There may only be one set of passes issued per household.  Only the unit owners or the tenants may be issued passes.  Not both.
