We encourage you to submit your pool pass application so that it is received by no later than May 1, to ensure that you receive your passes prior to the pool opening.

Applications for outside membership will be considered upon receipt by the Association. Membership is subject to the Association’s approval. If your application for pool membership is denied, your payment will be returned to you. Please note, the Lake Hallowell Homeowners Association pool is a private facility and the Board of Directors of the Association or its authorized agent in its sole discretion reserves the right to deny outside membership to any applicant for any reason at any time.

Who can get a pool pass?

Separate passes will be issued according to the following age groups: Children ages 0-11, youth ages 12-14, and adults ages 15 and over. Ages are as of May 28, 2023. In order to limit overcrowding of the pools, we cannot issue pool passes to relatives or friends who do not live in your home.
