How do I request my pool passes?

Each membership is valid only for immediate members of your family who reside in your household. Children under age 2 do not require a pool pass. Separate passes will be issued according to the following age groups: Children ages 2-11, youth ages 12-14, and adults ages 15 and over. Ages are as of May 24, 2025. In order to limit overcrowding of the pools, we cannot issue pool passes to relatives or friends who do not live in your home.
New this year is the availability to add a caregiver pass to your membership for $100. The caregiver membership is limited to use of the pool to supervise minor children in the household.
How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.
You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.
What is the pass policy?
All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.
What is the procedure for bringing a guest?
Each household will be provided with 15 free guest passes. Guest passes are virtual and are linked to your household.
Adult members of the household(age 15 and over) or a caregiver must be present to bring a guest.
How do I purchase and add guest passes to my household?
Please purchase a guest pass by clicking the green button above. You will need your pass number to purchase a guest pass. Once purchased, your guest passes will be added to your household.
How do I request a replacement pass?
If you need replacement Pool Passes, please email your email your community. Charges apply.
What are the pool hours?
The pool facility is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, as follows:

How do I become a member, request my passes, or renew my membership?

We encourage you to submit your pool pass application so that it is received by no later than May 1, to ensure that you receive your passes prior to the pool opening.
Applications for outside membership will be considered upon receipt by the Association. Membership is subject to the Association’s approval. If your application for pool membership is denied, your payment will be returned to you. Please note, the Lake Hallowell Homeowners Association pool is a private facility and the Board of Directors of the Association or its authorized agent in its sole discretion reserves the right to deny outside membership to any applicant for any reason at any time.

Parking?
Parking is limited in front of the pool. When you visit the pool, please note that parking is also available along Old Baltimore Road.
