How do I request my pool passes?

Please click the apply online blue button.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

What is the guest policy?

Guests will be admitted to the pool when accompanied by an adult resident member. The resident member must present the guards with his or her member pass and guest pass. Members must be 18 years of age or older to bring guests to the pool. Permission for groups of eight (8) or more guests must have prior approval of a written request to Comsource to allow or additional guards should this be required.

If you are planning to bring a group of eight (8) or more to the pool you must send a written request for same to manager, sfarrell@comsource.com

When will I receive my guest pass?

One guest pass will be issued per household along with your resident pool passes. The guest pass can be used for admission of up to five (5) guests to the pool at any one visit. It remains the pool guards prerogative to decrease the number of guests allowed at any one time to ensure the safety of the swimmers at the pool.
