We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer, we are again using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate HarborView HOA Identification cards for all patrons. All patrons must present their HarborView amenities pass to gain entrance to the pool area, HOA Fitness Center.

What is the pass policy?

POOL ENTRY/POOL PASS RULES

  • No one may enter the pool when the pool is closed.
  • The lifeguard must be on duty before any user is allowed in the pool. Whenever the lifeguard must leave his/her station, everyone must vacate the pool.
  • All persons using the pool or pool area do so at their own risk.
  • Resident HarborView Identification cards are for the exclusive use of only HarborView Community & Yacht Club Community Association members. Pool access may be suspended for giving your HarborView Identification Card to another person/owner and for giving false information on the Identification Card Application.
  • Non-resident owners who lease their unit may wish to retain control of the four (4) guest passes issued to their Unit.
  • A HarborView Identification Card will not be issued to Owners or their Tenants if a lien was filed against the Unit for non-payment of Association fees.
  • Residents must always carry and display their HarborView Identification Card when entering the pool area.
  • Residents and guests must also sign-in upon entering the pool facility.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times. Parent/Guardian must closely watch children AT ALL TIMES. Parent/Guardian must accompany a non-swimmer in the water at all times.
  • There will be a $20 replacement fee for lost or stolen passes. Damaged passes will be replaced after being returned to management.

How do I request my pool passes?

If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application.  Follow all instructions printed on the application.

How do I request a replacement pass?

Requesting replacement passes is the same procedure as requesting your original set of passes.  Please click the blue Apply Online button and follow the instructions.

I am renting my home. How do my tenants register?

The application is the same for tenants and homeowners.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.  You will also receive a confirmation email.

What is the guest policy?

Each unit is issued two (2) reusable guest passes.  Additional guest passes may be purchased at the Harborview office.

When will I receive my two free guest passes?

Each household will be issued two reusable guest passes.  You do not need to request these passes.  They will arrive with your household’s passes.

How do I purchase additional guest passes?

Please purchase additional guest passes by visiting HarborView’s front desk.

What are the pool hours?

Normal Hours
Weekdays 10 AM to 8 PM
Weekends and Holidays: 10 AM to 8:00 PM

I am concerned about submitting my DOB and other personal information online?

For patrons over 21, the DOB will not be printed on the Identification Card.

Patrons may also submit a paper application for processing.
