How do I request my pool passes?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.
You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.
What is the pass policy?
All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.
When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?
You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the guest policy?
The Forest Springs HOA Pool Guest Policy is effective beginning Friday, May 24, 2025.
1) Guests 2 years old and under are free.
2) Only 4 guests per household, not individual member, at a given time.
3) Members must accompany guests during their visit.
4) There is no limit on the number of times a person can come as a paying guest.
5) No guests on 4th of July or Labor Day.
6) All passes must be purchased with a credit card. There will be a service fee included in the total purchase price. This service fee is not retained by the HOA. No cash purchases.
7) Purchased passes will appear in your account immediately and can be used by any member of your account (account = address) not just who purchased the passes.
8) All passes will expire at the end of the pool season. No refunds will be given for unused passes at the end of the season. Unused passes will not carry over to the next year.
9) If you move out of the neighborhood or your pool access is revoked due to unpaid HOA dues or adding non-resident members to your account, no refunds will be given for any unused passes.
10) If the pool closes due to the weather or a chemical issue after opening for the day and a guest pass is used that day, a refund in the form of another guest pass will be issued. No cash refunds.
11) No refunds will be given if the baby pool is closed but the big pool is open.
How do I purchase guest passes?
Please purchase a guest pass by clicking the green button above. Once purchased, you will present your guest pass (ticket) to the gate attendant. The gate attendant will scan in your guest pass (ticket).
How do I print my ticket or guest passes?
- Your facility’s attendant can scan your ticket directly from your phone.
- The ticket is also emailed to you. If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.
How to request another copy of the ticket (if you deleted the original email)
Go to your pool’s marketplace.
- Click: Click here to receive your Tickets by email.
- Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.
- Click Submit.
A copy of the ticket will be emailed to you.
