How do I request my Resident ID?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

We rent and our approval is taking very long. Why?

If our management company (CAMS) was not provided with a copy of your lease, you will not be able to use the facilities until we have it on file. Please reach out to your landlord and ask that they send the necessary documents.

When will I receive my Digital Resident ID I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your Digital Resident ID AFTER your application has been approved.

What type of photo can I use for my ID?

All photos must be taken from the neck up, facing forward, in color with no hats or sunglasses.  Absolutely no photo filters or other people in the photo.  They should resemble a Driver’s License ID photo.

What if I don’t want to upload a photo of my child?

Minors are not required to upload a photo and can use the “MINOR” image. Simply download the “Minor image” to your phone or desktop and then upload it as the child’s photo.
