How do I request my pool passes?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

When will I receive my pool passes?

Pool passes are mailed to your onsite office.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

What is the guest policy?

Guest Policy

  1. Guests are welcome to use the pool provided they abide by all rules and regulations. Unruly guests will be requested to leave the pool area.
  2. An adult pool pass holder is permitted to bring four (4) guests per visit. The pool pass holder must bring their pool pass, plus their guest pass.  The guest pass has twenty (20) places to be punched.  The lifeguard on duty will punch out one hole per visitor per visit.  Once all 20 punches have been used, the guest pass is invalid.  Another guest pass can be purchased for $10 by contacting your property manager.
  3. Guests not accompanied by an adult pass holder may be admitted only if the adult pass holder has personally made arrangements with the lifeguard on duty or the Property Manager.
  4. No one will be admitted to the pool with just a guest pass.
