How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.
You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.
When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?
Click Register Online. Follow all instructions. Your ePasses will be sent after your application has been processed. Allow 2-3 days for processing.

How do I request a replacement pass?
ALL RESIDENTS must register every year. Click Register Online. Follow all instructions.
If you did register THIS YEAR, and lost your plastic pass, you may purchase a replacement plastic pass. CLICK HERE to purchase a replacement pass. Warning!!! This form will not allow you to use the pool. Only residents that have registered will be allowed to use the pool.
What is the pass policy?
