How do I request or renew my membership pool passes?

For quicker processing, apply online.

If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application.  Follow all instructions printed on the application.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.  You will also receive a confirmation email.

What is the pass policy?

All persons entering the pool area are required to check in at the Lifeguard’s station.

All members must have a photo on file of each member in the family.

All members age 12 and up must have a pool pass card.

What is the guest policy?

Assembly Apartments:
Limit 4 guests per day per apartment
All guests must have a purchased guest pass. Guest passes are $15 per person per visit

Clipper Mill Commercial Tenants:
Limit 4 guests per day per commercial tenant, not per person/per pass card
All guests must have a purchased guest pass. Guest passes are $15 per person per visit

Townhomes/Overlook HOA:
Limit 4 guests per day per household
First 2 guests are free, additional 2 guests must have a purchased guest pass. Guest passes are $15 per person per visit

Millrace Condominium:
Limit 4 guests per day per household
First 2 guests are free, additional 2 guests must have a purchased guest pass. Guest passes are $15 per person per visit

For guests of 5 or more, please contact property management at least 48 hours in advance for special accommodation. Management reserves the right to deny request due to overcrowding. Partial or full pool reservation required for groups over 15 persons (please see Rental Agreement).

A Member with a valid pool pass must accompany their guest and be present during their use of the pool area. When the Pool Member leaves, the guest must also leave.

How do I purchase or request guest passes?

Please purchase a guest pass by clicking the green button above.

How do I print my ticket or guest passes?

  • After check out, your are presented a ticket (guest pass) to print.  Your facility’s attendant can also scan your ticket directly from your phone.
  • The ticket is also emailed to you.  If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

How to request another copy of the ticket (if you deleted the original email)

Go to your pool’s marketplace.

  1. Click Returning Patron.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.

A copy of the ticket will be emailed to you.

How do I request a replacement pass?

Requesting replacement passes is the same procedure as requesting your original set of passes.  Please click the blue Apply Online button and follow the instructions.

What are the pool hours?

The pool is open daily 10am to 10pm daily.
