Who can apply for a pool pass for Bell Creek Pool?

Only bonified residents of Bell Creek Single Family Homeowners Association (including the Reserves at Bell Creek) are granted access to Bell Creek Pool. Bell Creek HOA does not offer/sell pool passes to non-residents outside their HOA. Residents also must be in good standing with their HOA dues at the time of the application for it to be approved and remain in good standing for the membership to be maintained.

Caretakers or Nannies of children may be added as such, however, may only be checked in when acting as a caretake for your child.

How do I request my pool passes?

Please click the apply online blue button. After your application is submitted, the volunteer Pool Committee will review your application before it’s approved. While most applications are processed quicker, please allow two business days for an application to be approved.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily before entering the pool area. If a lifeguard is not immediately available, please wait to be checked in. If you do not have a pass, you may be looked up manually.

What is the guest policy?

GUEST PASSES:

  • Each household gets an automatic 10 guest passes at the start of the season, free.  No physical guest pass is needed.

  • You may elect to buy an additional 10 guest passes.

  • If you elect to purchase more guest passes, please click the green button above. 

    • Guest passes are linked to your household.  No physical guest pass is needed.  After purchasing guest passes, gust passes will be added to your household immediately.

Note:

  • Lifeguards CANNOT process payments or take cash.

 

How do I purchase and add guest passes to my household?

Please purchase a guest pass by clicking the green button above.  You will need your pass number to purchase a guest pass.

Once purchased, your guest passes will be added to your household.
