Welcome! We are excited to offer the convenience of electronic pool passes this summer.

Click Apply Online below and provide the name, birthdate and a photo for each person on your lease who needs a pass. Our team will review your application and will inform you when your electronic pool passes are ready to use.

How do I request my pool passes?

Please click the apply online blue button.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

What if I'm a Longview resident?

Longview Apartment residents are permitted to use Bayve pool only.  Apply online by clicking the blue button above.

Longview Townhome residents are permitted to use Woodbridge Forest pool only.  Apply here:

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the guest policy?

All guests must be accompanied by a member with a valid membership pass.  Guest passes are linked to your household.  No physical guest pass is needed.

How do I purchase and add guest passes to my household?

Please purchase a guest pass by clicking the yellow button above.  You will need your pass number to purchase a guest pass.

Once purchased, your guest passes will be added to your household.
