How do I request my pool passes?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the pass policy?

Each unit may register a maximum of two individuals per bedroom. These individuals should be regular occupants of the unit. Residents are able to receive a digital pass free of charge or request a physical pass at the cost of $7.00. To obtain either digital or physical passes, you must complete the pool application. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by Management. You will be notified upon approval or if there is an issue with your application. Once approved, your passes will be issued accordingly. All residents must check in with the pool attendant prior to being granted access. No one will be permitted to enter the pool without a valid badge.

What is the guest policy?

Guest passes are linked to your household.  No physical guest pass is needed.

All Guests must be accompanied by the resident. Unit owners are responsible for their guests and their behavior and actions. Each unit will be allowed to register up to two adult guests per day. Guests under the age of 15 will not be required to register, but adult supervision must be provided at all times. Guests can be registered through the pool registration system in advance or checked in with the pool attendant upon arrival.
