How do I request my pool passes?

Please click the apply online blue button.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the guest policy?

All guests must be accompanied by a member with a valid membership pass.  Guest passes are linked to your household.  No physical guest pass is needed.

Families receive 6 complimentary guest passes per year.  Households are charged $4 per guest after the 6 are used.

How do I purchase or add guest passes to my household?

Please contact your community to add additional guest passes to your household.

How do I purchase a nanny pass and add a nanny to my household?

You may add a nanny to your household on the pool’s application.

OR

You may add a nanny by clicking the green button above.

Nanny’s are ONLY allowed to utilize the amenities when they are accompanying the family members that are in their charge.
