How do I request my pool passes?

Print and mail a paper application along with a $10 check payable to Access Granted Systems for application processing. Please be sure to follow all instructions.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

What is the pass policy?

All patrons 6 years old and older must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.

What is the guest policy?

Residents shall be accorded the privilege of bringing guests subject to proof that they satisfy the requirements for guest status at any time, in accordance with these Rules and Regulations and any other Rules and Regulations that the Board may decide to establish. Except as otherwise provided herein, guest privileges shall be subject to the following limitations:

a. Residents applying for seasonal pool passes will automatically receive four (4) guest passes per unit/garden apartment.
b. Residents can bring up to four (4) guests per unit/garden apartment at any one visit.
c. Guests must present a valid guest pass for entry and must be accompanied by an Annen Woods resident host.
d. The guest pass must be surrendered to the gate guard together with the Annen Woods resident’s pool pass upon entry and will be returned to the resident upon leaving the pool.
e. No unaccompanied guest will be permitted to enter the pool area, nor stay after the host Annen Woods resident leaves.
f. No one under the age of 18 may bring a guest to the pool.
g. Pool Rules and Regulations are posted on the fence inside of the pool. Guests are responsible for being familiar with these Rules and Regulations and following them at all times.
