Pool Pass Information 2024

Adams Ridge Homeowners Association is using the same pool pass system as 2023.  Every household that completed a pool application in 2022 or 2023 will be required to reactivate your pool pass to gain entry to the pool.

  • I completed the application in 2022 or 2023 AND I picked up my pool pass – Great! All you need to do is reactivate your pass(es). You do not need to order new passes.  You can use last year’s pass this year. There is NO cost to reactivate your pool pass.
    • Reactivation is easy:You can reactivate your pool pass by clicking the BLUE Apply Online button below.Enter the information for the members of your household and choose Reactivated Pass for all members that had a pool pass last year.  Submit your application and you will receive confirmation of your reactivated account within a few days.

  • I completed the application last year but never picked up my pool pass – Great! Your pool pass(es) from last year is still available for pick up at the pool during normal business hours.  You do not need to order new passes.  You can use last year’s pass this year.  There is NO cost to reactivate your pool pass. You will need to pay $1 for your pool passes, per pass, from last year at pickup.
    • Reactivation is easy:You can reactivate your pool pass by clicking the BLUE Apply Online button below.Enter the information for the members of your household and choose Reactivated Pass for all members that had a pool pass last year.  Submit your application and you will receive confirmation of your reactivated account within a few days.

  • I did not apply for a pool pass in 2022 or 2023 or I am new to our neighborhood – Welcome to the Pool! You will need to complete the pool pass application to receive your new pool pass and gain entry to the pool.   The application is easy.  You can complete the pool application by clicking the BLUE Apply Online button below.
  • Each residence is permitted (2) heads of household and their children up to the age of 26. Every child must be listed.  Heads of household must match your ARHOA record on file.
  • Every member of the household age 13 and above will receive their own pool pass.
  • Every member of the household listed on the account must upload a photo into the pool pass application.

All pool passes will have the uploaded photos on them.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with an application ID.  Your application will be reviewed and approved if you are in good standing with the ARHOA.  Pool Passes will be processed each week and sent to the pool for distribution.  If for any reason your application is not approved, you will receive an email.

You may complete your pool pass application from your mobile device or a computer.

  1. Have a photo of every member of your family ready to upload.
  2. Complete your application on your mobile device and upload your photos from your camera roll.
  3. If completing your application on a computer, have the photos already on the desktop to upload.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

How much is a pool pass?

Pool pass are $1 per person in each household age 13 and older.  Cash will be the only form of payment to receive your pass.

For example:  If you have 2 heads of household and 3 children ages 4, 8 and 13, you will be charged for 3 pool passes totaling $3.

Another example:  If you have 2 heads of household and 2 children ages 15 and 18, you will be charged for 4 pool passes totaling $4.

All members of the family ages 13 and up MUST have their own pool pass.

How do I get my pool pass?

Photo pool passes will be processed and distributed at the pool during normal pool hours until June 12th.  We are asking all residents to complete their pool application as soon as possible.

Pool applications received and processed before June 12th will be processed and distributed at the pool and will remain at a cost of $1 per pass.

Pool applications received and approved after June 12th will still be $1 per pool pass but will be mailed to your home and cost an additional $3 for processing per address.

What happens if I do not fill out my application?

If you do not fill out your application, you will not be able to enter the pool.

Can I fill out my application at the pool?

You are welcome to fill out the application at the pool.  However, we do ask that you complete that process prior to arriving at the pool.  Depending on how busy the pool is we may not be able to process it immediately.  We would hate to have you wait.

How quickly will my pass be approved?

Pool Passes are processed daily.  You will know within a day or two of processing if your pool pass has been approved.

Why do my children 13 and up have to have their own pool pass?

Children aged 13 and up are able to visit the pool without a parent.  All members of the family ages 13 and up MUST have their own photo pool pass.

What happens if I get to the pool and I forgot my pass at home?

No problem, as a courtesy we will be able to check you in with your address.  Since we will have your photo on file, there will be no question.  We do encourage you to have your pool pass with you at all times.  The check in process will be much smoother.

We used to get FREE guest passes in previous years, will we get those again?

Yes!  Upon approval of your pool pass application, every household will receive 5 guest passes that will automatically be added to your account.  Guest passes will be handled virtually through your pool pass account.  Lifeguards and Pool Mangers will be able to tell you how many guest passes you have left on your account.

What if I want to buy more guest passes?

Should you wish to purchase additional pool passes, you may do so at the pool during normal operating hours.  Guests passes are $3 per pass.  Additional passes will be added to your account at the pool.

What is the guest policy?

  • All members must be in good standing and show pool pass upon entering the pool.
  • Members are responsible for their guests and must make sure they are aware of and obey the pool rules.
  • Guest passes can be purchased at the Pool, see the Pool Manager.
  • Birthday or sport team parties held at the pool during regular pool hours must be approved by the Pool Manager and guest passes must be purchased ahead of time.
  • No guest passes can be used with pool events.
  • Guest Pass Fee: $3.00 per guest any day of the week.  Guests 3 years of age and under are free.
  • 6 guest passes per household max per visit.

What if I rent my home?

If you rent your home, you may give this information to your renters.  Only renters OR homeowners will be approved for the season.  The pass will not be valid for both the homeowner and the renter.

My child is older than 26 and lives with me. Can they be added to the account?

If you have an adult child living in your home, we ask that you please see the pool manager during pool hours for assistance adding someone outside of the application process.

I have a babysitter that watches my children. Can they be added to the account?

If you have a full-time regular babysitter or nanny, we ask that you please see the pool manager during pool hours for assistance adding someone outside of the application process.  The babysitter must be a full-time consistent sitter.  If someone is watching your children for a few days in the summer, they are not considered a full time childcare provider.  You will have to purchase guests passes for them.

What if I have a balance on my HOA dues?

Only residents in good standing with the ARHOA will be approved.  We recommend that you reach out to Cranberry Community Management to bring your account up to date.  Please be aware that settling your balance and being a approved for a pool pass may take up to a week.  We encourage you to take care of that as soon as possible.

What if I have a pool pass and I fall behind on my HOA dues during the summer?

Only residents in good standing with the ARHOA will be allowed entry to the pool.  Even if you have a pool pass, the pool pass can be suspended during the season if your account does not remain in good standing.

What happens if my child turns 13 during the summer?

Depending on when your child turns 13, we may ask that you get your child a pool pass.  If it is in early June, a pool pass will be required.  If it is mid-summer, a pool pass will be required.  If it is in late August, you may get a pool pass next season.  Please see a pool manager in this situation.

What if I lose my pool pass?

If your pool pass becomes lost, a replacement card is $1.00 per card and $3.00 for processing.

Will I have to buy a pool pass every year?

You will not be required to buy a new pass if you keep your pool pass in good condition.  However, pool passes will be renewed each year.  Passes will expire at the end of every season.  Households will have to reapply each year to have their pool pass activated.

What if I have a baby this summer?

Congratulations! If you have a baby this summer, you will not be required to add them to the account until next season.
