What is the pass policy?

No one will be able to enter the pool area without his or her Pool Pass and Government issued ID.

Children in the pool area under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult with a valid pool pass. A pass is not required for anyone under the age of 4.

How do I request my pool passes?

Please click the apply online blue button.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

When will I receive my electronic passes I can add to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet App?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the guest policy?

-The guest fee will be $10.00 per guest per day.

-All guest fees must be paid at your resident portal or by Money Order before they can be used.

-All guests must have a pool pass and government ID.

-Guests must be signed in by a leaseholder with a valid pool pass.

-Leaseholders must remain at the pool at ALL TIMES with their guests

How do I purchase or request guest passes? option 1

Please purchase a guest pass by clicking the green button above.

How do I print my ticket or guest passes? w/ option 1

  • After check out, your are presented a ticket (guest pass) to print.  Your facility’s attendant can also scan your ticket directly from your phone.
  • The ticket is also emailed to you.  If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

How to request another copy of the ticket (if you deleted the original email)

Go to your pool’s marketplace.

  1. Click Returning Patron.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.

A copy of the ticket will be emailed to you.

How do I purchase or request guest passes? option 2

  • All guest fees must be paid at your resident portal or by Money Order before they can be used.
  • Guest passes will be added to your household by Season’s management.

What are the pool hours?

Old Lantern Pool Hours:

Weekly Pool Schedule: 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Monday: CLOSED

Covered Wagon Pool Hours:

Weekly Pool Schedule: 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Tuesday: CLOSED

Pool hours will change after school is out for the year.
