We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer your community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate pool passes for all patrons. All patrons must present their pool pass to gain entrance to the pool area.
Do I need a new pass?
No. Passes issued in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 may be used.
How do I request a replacement pass?
Requesting replacement passes is the same procedure as requesting your original set of passes. Please click the blue Apply Online button and follow the instructions.
How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“. You will also receive a confirmation email.
What is the pass policy?
All patrons must present their pass to the lifeguard daily.
What is the guest policy?
• Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests.
• Residents and their guests understand that the guests agree to follow and are bound by all
applicable BBCCCA Rules and Regulations while visiting BBCCCA.
• Guest Visit Policy: Any household can bring up to (4) guests to the pool a day.
• Guest must sign in as acknowledgment of waiver of rights in case of any injury.
How do I purchase or request guest passes?

What are the pool hours?
Hours of Operation:
• The pool will be open 11:00am – 8:00pm Monday – Friday & 10:00am – 8:00pm on Weekends
• Pools are staffed with (4) lifeguards at all times.
Management Office Summer Schedule:
♦ 8:30am to 4:30pm = Monday thru Thursday
♦ 8:30am to 1:00pm = Fridays
Days of Operation:
• Pool opening date: Saturday-Sunday-Monday, Memorial Weekend Holiday
• Weekends only from: Two weekends after Memorial Weekend
• Pool open every day from: Week of June 10th until Monday of Labor Day Holiday
• Weekends only: Two more weekends after Labor Day
