How do I request my pool passes?

Please click the apply online blue button.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

What is the pass policy?

Membership: All owners/leaseholders MUST have a pool membership in order for other household members to obtain pool membership. Pool membership applications will be processed only for households that are in good standing and are current with HOA assessment payments. Any violation of pool rules may result in revocation of pool membership for the parties involved.

What is the guest policy?

Guest Passes: Each guest must have a guest pass. Guests must be accompanied by a member with a pass to gain admittance to the pool. 1-day guest passes can be purchased for $3 each. Weekend guest-passes can be purchased for $10, and seasonal guest passes can be purchased for $40 which admits up to 4 guests per visit.

How do I purchase or request guest passes?

How do I purchase a replacement pass?

How do I purchase a temporary pass?

Please purchase a replacement set by clicking the green button above.  Temporary passes must be printed and turned into the lifeguard on duty.

How do I print my temporary pass?

  • After check out, your are presented a ticket (guest pass) to print.  Your facility’s attendant can also scan your ticket directly from your phone.
  • The ticket is also emailed to you.  If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

How to request another copy of the ticket (if you deleted the original email)

Go to your pool’s marketplace.

  1. Click Returning Patron.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.

A copy of the ticket will be emailed to you.
