We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer your community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate pool passes for all patrons. All patrons must present their pool pass to gain entrance to the pool area.

Applications that are incomplete or if the unit owner is 90 days delinquent or more on their monthly maintenance fees will not be processed. Furthermore, should you have tenant(s), a current lease must be submitted in connection with this application. Please know that all applications submitted will be screened and all information is confidential.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.  You will also receive a confirmation email.

What is the pass policy?

Use of the pool shall be restricted to homeowners who are NOT IN ARREARS in the payment of their Common Charges and/or assessments, and their guest. Valid pool passes must be presented to the lifeguard. A maximum number of pool passes will be issued based on the unit size:

  • Rage/Classic – four (4) Homeowner and four (4) Guest
  • Royale – six (6) Homeowner and four (4) Guest
  • Premiere – eight (8) Homeowner and four (4) Guest

Children under the age of ten (10) will not be admitted to the pool unless accompanied and supervised by an adult, 17 years of age or older. There will be overall supervision of the pool area by a lifeguard; however, we cannot accept responsibility for unaccompanied younger children in the pool and pool area.

What is the guest policy?

Due to Covid-19, there are no guests until further notice.

MONDAY – FRIDAY: 12PM – 8PM

SATURDAY, SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS: 11AM – 7PM
