How do I request my pool passes?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

What is the pass policy?

Membership: All owners/leaseholders MUST have a pool membership in order for other household members to obtain pool membership. Pool membership applications will be processed only for households that are in good standing and are current with HOA assessment payments. Any violation of pool rules may result in revocation of pool membership for the parties involved.

Maximum six members per household.  The 7th, 8th, etc. are considered guests and must purchase a guest pass.  You may purchase a season long guest pass.

What if I have 7, 8 or more members in my household?

What is the guest policy?

Guest Passes: Each guest must have a guest pass. Guests must be accompanied by a member with a pass to gain admittance to the pool.

How do I purchase or request guest passes?

How do I print my ticket or guest passes?

  • After check out, your are presented a ticket (guest pass) to print.  Your facility’s attendant can also scan your ticket directly from your phone.
  • The ticket is also emailed to you.  If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

How to request another copy of the ticket (if you deleted the original email)

Go to your pool’s marketplace.

  1. Click Returning Patron.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.

A copy of the ticket will be emailed to you.
