We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer your community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate pool passes for all patrons. All patrons must present their pool pass to gain entrance to the pool area.

Homeowners whose applications are incomplete cannot be processed. Applications of homeowners who are in arrears, whether the application is for themselves or their tenants, will not be processed. Tenants applying for passes must submit a current lease to EWC Property Management Company before their application can be approved. Please note that all applications will be screened by management.

How do I request my pool passes?

For quicker processing, apply online.

If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application.  Follow all instructions printed on the application.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.  You will also receive a confirmation email.

What is the pass policy?

Use of the pool is restricted to homeowners who are CURRENT in the payment of their Common Charges and/ or Assessments. If you are in arrears, your application for pool passes will be denied. If you become delinquent during the pool season, your pool privileges will be revoked.  Valid pool passes must be presented to the lifeguard. A maximum number of pool passes will be issued based on the unit size:

  • Rage/Classic – four (4) Homeowner
  • Royale – six (6) Homeowner
  • Premiere – eight (8) Homeowner

Children under the age of twelve (12) will not be admitted to the pool unless accompanied and supervised by an adult, 17 years of age or older. There will be overall supervision of the pool area by a lifeguard; however, we cannot accept responsibility for unaccompanied younger children in the pool and pool area.

What is the guest policy?

You can purchase up to 4 guest passes per address at a cost of $10 each. The guest passes are season long and can be reused throughout the pool season. Guests must be accompanied by a resident pool pass holder at all times.

What are the pool hours?

MONDAY – FRIDAY: 12PM – 8PM

SATURDAY, SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS: 11AM – 7PM
