Foxmoor Master Association will be using ePasses with your photo for the pool facilities.  The ePasses will be issued online and are required to utilize the pools.    In order to obtain an ePass, please complete the information requested, upload proof of residency such as your driver’s license, or a recent utility bill.  All tenants must provide a current lease in order to obtain an ePass.

What is the pass policy?

Foxmoor residents in good standing are eligible to utilize the pools.  All applicants must supply proof of residency and a photo ID in order to complete the application.   In accordance with the governing documents of the Association, investor owners are not eligible for pool passes.  A current lease and corresponding paperwork must be on file with the Management office for all Foxmoor rental units in order for tenants to obtain an electronic pool pass.

How do I become a member or renew my membership?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.

You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.

When will I receive my electronic passes?

You’ll receive an email with your electronic passes AFTER your application has been approved.

What is the guest policy?

A maximum of 3 season guest passes and a maximum of 3 daily guest passes per household can be purchased at the Management office. Bring your guest passes from the prior season with you to the office between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday. A season guest pass/validation is $40 each and a daily guest pass is $15 each. Checks or money orders are the only acceptable payment methods and must be made payable to Foxmoor Master Association. All guests must be accompanied by a Foxmoor resident. *Any check that bounces will result in suspension of pool privileges until remedied.

What should I do if I lose a seasonal guest pass?

Reach out to the Management office for replacement.  There is a $25.00 charge associated with replacement of a season guest pass.

What are the pool hours?

Hutchinson Pool – Open weekends only between May 25 and June 30, and on Memorial Day; open daily from July 1 through September 2

 11:00am – 7:00pm

 Devon Pool – Open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from July 1 through September 2; also open on the 4th of July 

 11:00am – 7:00pm
