How do I request my pool passes?

For quicker processing, apply online.

If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application.  Follow all instructions printed on the application.

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?

After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.  You will also receive a confirmation email.

What is the pass policy?

For identification and admission purposes, a valid pool pass will be brought to the pool for the staff to verify membership before allowing a swimmer into the pool. You must have your pool pass to enter the pool.  NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCUSES; from the first day the pool is open until it closes.

A pass is required for anyone over the age of 4 years old.

Pool passes will be mailed to all homeowners in good standing upon receipt of a properly completed registrations form.

What is the guest policy?

The guest fee will be $5.00 per guest per day. All guest fees must be paid online to SwimmingPoolPasses.net.

Overnight, out-of-town guests are free, as are guests over the age of 55. Out-of-town is defined to be from more than 50 miles away.

Association members shall accompany their guests to the pool, be responsible for their conduct, and for any damage incurred to community property by those guests. Failure to pay for such damage shall be grounds for suspension of the right to use of the swimming pool

There will be a limit of four (4) guests per adult resident per day. (For purposes of this section, adult resident is defined as 15 years or older).

What is the Babysitter/Nanny policy?

Babysitter/Nanny, 14 years and older, may bring resident’s children under age eleven with a note of authorization from a parent and with approval of the Pool Manager. Notes are to be submitted to the Pool Manager.  If the babysitter is a resident, his or her family must be current with their assessments.  If the babysitter is a non-resident, he or she will have to pay the fee set by the Board of Directors.  The fee for the season is $50.  This fee allows only the babysitter/nanny access to the pool for the current season.

How do I print my ticket or guest passes?

  • After check out, your are presented a ticket (guest pass) to print.  Your facility’s attendant can also scan your ticket directly from your phone.
  • The ticket is also emailed to you.  If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

How to request another copy of the ticket (if you deleted the original email)

Go to your pool’s marketplace.

  1. Click Returning Patron.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you made the purchase.

A copy of the ticket will be emailed to you.
