How do I request my pool passes?

How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“.
You will also receive a confirmation email with an Application ID.
What is the check-in & guest policy?

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed at the pool unless in the care of a person at least 16 years of age.
Children ages 12 – 15 may come to the pool without an adult but may not bring guests or be accompanied by anyone under the age of 12, member or non-member.
No guest will be admitted unless with a pool member who is 16 years of age or older.
Guest passes are $5 per person per day. We do offer a non-swimmer pass for $2 per person per day.
All members but stop at the check-in window upon entering and check in by scanning their Membership Pass. No guest will be admitted into the pool without their pass, this includes children and infants. If you are sending your child to the pool with another member, please provide your child and/or whomever is supervising them at the pool with the child’s pass.
