This year our Lake Shore Harbour community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate our pool passes. Not only have our pool passes changed, so has Lake Shore Harbour’s Pool Access Policy and Guidelines. Please read through the pool rules by clicking on the ‘View Pool Rules’ button and review them with all members of your household to ensure that every member of the household is aware of the changes.
Don’t forget, every member of the household, regardless of age, now requires their own LSH Pool Pass. Each household will also be mailed one Guest Pass for a maximum of four guests per household. Each initial pass is free when you apply online. All patrons must present their valid LSH pool pass to gain access to the pool area.

How do I request or renew my membership pool passes?
For quicker processing, apply online.
If you prefer, you may print and mail a paper application. Follow all instructions printed on the application.
How do I know I submitted my application correctly?
After submitting your online application, you will be directed to a “Success Page“. You will also receive a confirmation email.
What is the pass policy?
All patrons entering the pool area must either have their own valid LSH pool pass or be a guest of a member with a valid LSH pool pass. This includes swimmers and non-swimmers. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guest. All persons using the facility do so at their own risk. Management does not assume responsibility for any accident or injury.
Do children need pool passes?
Yes, all members of the household need a pool pass, regardless of age. Children 14 years old and younger must always be accompanied by an adult (18+) with a current LSH pool pass.
What is the guest policy?
Each household is entitled to allow a maximum of 4 guests (ages 0 and up) per household, entry to the pool. No guest pass is needed. All guests must be accompanied by an adult resident, 18 years old and up with a valid LSH pool pass. This includes swimmers and non-swimmers. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guest. Where is my guest pass?
No guest pass is needed.
How do I request a replacement pass?
Each household must submit a new application every year. Click the blue button above to apply online and request your replacement passes.
